Manages and coordinates the planning, implementation and administration of the company’s payroll and employee benefit programs and strategic initiatives, ensuring cost effectiveness, market-competitiveness and consistency with the company’s overall mission, goals and objectives.
Graduate of human resource management course or its equivalent
Male or female
26 to 34 years old
3 to 5 years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
Preferably with experience in the utilization of SAP HRIS or the like
Must have the knowledge of all relevant payroll, compensation, benefits and income tax laws, regulations and operating guidelines
