Reports to the Regional Sales/ District Sales Manager. Responsible for the over-all sales supervision of the store/s. Entry-level functional supervisor to be trained in the skillful use of multiple management functions such as marketing, merchandising, visual merchandising, budgeting, systems, etc. Focus of work includes the execution of job orders through his/her store staff. Deliverables: Achievement of sales target and efficient store operations.

Graduate of Business, Economics or any related courses
Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
Minimum of 2 years experience in retail and marketing consumer products
Excellent communication, interpersonal, relationship-building and conflict-resolution skills
Proven skills in managing and developing people
Strong organizational and time management skills
