TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER (Mandarin Speaking)

Responsible for developing and maintaining Windows-based applications and providing technical support to end-users in our offices and boutiques nationwide.

Graduate of Computer Engineering or any IT-related course
25-28 years old, Male
Knowledge in Windows NT/2000/2003 Server Administration, TCP/IP Networking, Security Administration, Backup and disaster Recovery, Firewalls, Network capacity planning
Possess a sharp eye for details
Highly motivated and a self-starter
Has the aptitude for providing positive customer service and technical expertise
