MECHANICS
1. Customers must register on Penshoppe’s microsite http://penshoppexchanyeol.penshoppe.com/ to secure a slot for a free ticket. Slots are limited per ticket tier. The registration period will be from October 31 to November 5, 2023.
2. Customers must input their complete name, address, email, and contact number and select their desired ticket tier and store of purchase on the microsite—only 1 email per registration shall be allowed.
3. Customers with successful registration will receive an email, Viber, and SMS confirmation with their unique barcode within 48 hours after registration.
4. Customers must visit the selected store of purchase during the prescribed shopping period. Stores will only accommodate customers with confirmed registration on the store’s Masterfile.
5. Upon purchase of the required minimum single-receipt net amount, customers must present a printed copy of their confirmation email, including the barcode and a valid government-issued ID or school ID, at the cashier.
6. Should the registered customer assign another person to purchase on their behalf, the purchaser must present a printed copy of the registered customer’s confirmation email, including the barcode, one (1) government-issued ID, and an authorization letter with the registered customer’s valid ID.
7. Upon purchase, customers will receive 1 promo code printed on their receipt.
8. Customers may proceed to any SM Tickets branch with the receipt to redeem their free tickets. Customers will be asked to present the original receipt with the printed promo code.
9. Customers shall shoulder the Php 35.00 ticket handling fee of SM Tickets, which they can pay at any SM Tickets branch upon ticket redemption.
10. All VIP, Patron, Lower Box and Upper Box ticket holders are qualified for the raffle of prizes.

11. A customer may only win in the raffle once. If the name is drawn more than once, the winner must get the prize with a higher value.

13. Raffle winners will be selected via electronic raffle draw on December 11, 2023, at 1155 GABC, North EDSA, Quezon City, in the presence of Penshoppe and DTI representatives.
14. Winners will be announced on December 12, 2023, on Penshoppe’s social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram) and notified through registered email, Viber, and SMS on how to claim their prizes.

CLAIMING OF RAFFLE PRIZES FOR VIP
The 60 VIP winners of PRESSCON SLOT WITH PCY, and 45 VIP winners of SIGNED POSTER BY PCY will receive a notification via registered email, Viber, SMS. They will be announced through Penshoppe’s social media accounts with instructions on how to claim their prizes.
The 45 VIP winners of SIGNED POSTERS BY PCY must claim their prizes on December 16, 2023, at a designated time and claiming area in SM Mall of Asia Arena.
The 60 VIP winners of PRESSCON SLOT WITH PCY will receive a special wristband on December 16, 2023, at a designated time and area in SM Mall of Asia Arena.
Raffle winners must present a printed copy of their winning confirmation email, a physical copy of their official receipt, a physical copy of their fanmeet ticket, and one government-issued ID to claim their prizes.
Should the winner assign another person to claim their prize on their behalf, the claimant must present one (1) government-issued ID, an authorization letter with the winner's valid ID, a printed copy of their winning confirmation email, a physical copy of their official receipt, and a physical copy of their fanmeet ticket.
Claiming of prizes is until 9:00 p.m. on December 16, 2023.
Participants who cannot claim prizes at the SM Mall of Asia Arena may get their items at 1155 GABC North Edsa, Quezon City, within 60 days after the event.

Tickets are transferable but not convertible to cash.
Lost POS receipts/tickets will not be reprinted or replaced. All unclaimed tickets shall be forfeited.
Participants must observe minimum health protocols. Wear a face mask at all times.

Children ages 5 to 14 years old will be allowed to enter the event venue if accompanied by a guardian who must also be a ticket holder.
REDEMPTION OF FREEBIES
Ticket holders must claim their freebies at designated redemption booths in SM Mall of Asia Arena on December 16, 2023. They must present their physical tickets, with a claim stub still attached and one (1) government-issued ID.
VIP and Patron ticket holders will receive a special wristband for the Send Off Slots on December 16, 2023, at a designated time and area in SM Mall of Asia Arena.
Should the participant assign another person to claim their freebie, the claimant must present their physical ticket, one (1) government-issued ID, and an authorization letter with the participant's valid ID.
